CLASS DESCRIPTION:

This movement class is an opportunity to dig deeper, connect dots, and discover.  It will have a balance of

RIGOR : PLAY

TOGETHER : APART

FORM : FLOW

Using specific improvisational tasks and conditioning exercises, we prepare the mind and body for a deeper understanding of dance as a comprehensive language. Together we bring this state of awareness to phrase work and compositional games that bring us closer. Dancers receive personal feedback as we discover how collaboration between flow and intention allows us to find clarity in the unknown.
