Class will start off with a grounding warm up, warming our spine and melting our hip creases, before progressing into deeper full bodied movement. The class will culminate into an ooey gooey feel good combo which will include floorwork, all the turns, and legs for days.

Tyra Rose is a dancer, dance educator, and visual artist from Des Plaines, Illinois. Graduating from Webster University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in dance she studied ballet, jazz, modern, aerial, hip hop, and Thai classical dance. Tyra has developed choreography through ANNONYArts, Artica Fest, RAW:Natural Born Artists, Full Tilt Dance Festival, and eXit SPACE School of Dance. She has performed with: Catapult Dance, AJnC Dance Theater, Gender Tender, The Three Yells, and Artistry in Motion. She is currently working at eXit SPACE as the co-director of the training program, teaches for the youth and adult dance program, and is a company member of badmarmarDANCE.
